If you’d like to return your order, please contact us at galleongamesbexhill@gmail.com. Please allow up to three working days for us to get back to you.

REFUND TERMS

From the date of delivery, you have 14 days to return your item. If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable) and in saleable condition.

Once your return is received and inspected you will receive an email to notify you that we have received the item(s) and the status of your refund.

All refunds are returned to the source that the original payment was made for your purchase.

Please be aware that refunds made to Debit/Credit cards are facilitated by your card issuer and can take 3-5 working days to show in your account.

HOW TO RETURN

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return your item. Galleon Games are not liable for return shipping costs.

It is strongly suggested that a tracked service is used when returning items. Galleon Games is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit. Any damages/losses that occur when returning an item are the responsibility of the sender to claim back from your chosen courier/postal service, not that of Galleon Games.

In-Store:

Goods purchased online may be returned in store in accordance to the terms set above.

Goods purchased in store may only be returned for a full refund if they are faulty.

Any goods that can be seen through the packaging before opening that are found to be faulty once opened can not be returned (ie; Miniatures).

Events:

Partial refunds will be issued for refund requests received before 48 hours prior to the date of the event. A £2 processing fee will be deducted from all refunded amounts.

No refunds will be issued for events within 48 hours of the event date. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honoured for the rescheduled event date or may be refunded in full. If the event is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded in full.

After submitting your refund request in writing by email to galleongamesbexhill@gmail.com please allow up to five (5) business days to process your refund request.
